Ordering and Process

Quote flow, samples, approvals, and reorders.

How do I start a custom acrylic order?

Send design files, a sketch with dimensions, or a reference photo. We review the requirements, recommend workable materials and processes, and send a detailed quote. After approval, a sample can be produced before bulk production.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

PDF and AI for design reference. JPG or PNG for photos and logos. DWG for CAD drawings. STEP or IGES for 3D reference. A rough sketch with dimensions works too.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Custom Sample Support is available. Sample timing depends on design complexity and printing requirements. If revisions are needed, the update timing depends on the changes required.

What happens after I approve the sample?

We move into bulk production after approval. Lead time depends on quantity and process. You can receive pre-shipment photos and videos before the order ships, and we complete QC checks before shipment.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. We keep design files and production specifications on record. Reorders are usually easier to quote and often more cost-effective because the design work has already been completed.

FAQ CATEGORY

Materials and Quality

Acrylic types, QC expectations, and certification questions.

What type of acrylic do you use?

We work with both cast and extruded acrylic. Cast acrylic offers higher clarity, better polishing results, and more UV stability, which is useful for thicker or premium pieces. Extruded acrylic is more cost-effective for thinner applications.

Do you offer UV-protected acrylic?

Standard acrylic is for indoor use. For outdoor or sunlight-exposed environments, we recommend UV-stabilized acrylic sheets. For display cases protecting UV-sensitive items, UV-filtering sheet options depend on the material specification.

How do you handle quality control?

QC checks before shipment. Every order is inspected before packing, and pre-shipment photos can be provided when needed.

What certifications do you hold?

We are ISO 9001 and SGS certified. Certification documents can be shared during the quote process if required.

Customization and Design

Print methods, finishes, color, and multi-material options.

What can be customized?

Size, shape, thickness, material, color, edge finish, printing method, logo placement, and packaging can all be adjusted. For multi-material projects, we coordinate all suppliers and deliver one finished product.

What printing methods are available?

UV printing works for full-color graphics. Silk screen printing is a practical choice for solid-color logos and text. Laser engraving creates permanent etched details. The recommended method depends on the design and the production quantity.

Can you match my brand colors?

For printing, we can follow Pantone references. For acrylic sheet color, we match as closely as possible based on workable material availability.

What edge finishes are available?

Diamond polished for crystal-clear edges. Flame polished for a smooth and cost-effective finish. Frosted or satin matte for a softer surface effect. Beveled edges when the design needs a more premium profile.

Can you combine acrylic with other materials?

Yes. We coordinate all suppliers and deliver one finished product. Common combinations include acrylic with metal brackets, wood bases, and LED-compatible cutouts.

FAQ CATEGORY

Pricing and MOQ

Cost drivers, MOQ logic, and sample pricing.

What is the MOQ for custom orders?

MOQ from 50 pieces per design. For mixed-design orders with multiple SKUs, pricing and lead time depend on SKU mix.

How is pricing determined?

Price depends on size, material, thickness, cutting, printing, polishing, assembly, quantity, and packaging. Higher quantities generally lower the unit cost. A detailed quote should be based on actual project specs.

Do you offer sample pricing?

Sample pricing covers material and production cost for a small test run or a single piece. Whether sample cost can be credited against the bulk order depends on the project.

Is there a price difference between cast and extruded acrylic?

Yes. Cast acrylic usually costs more per sheet but offers stronger clarity and polishing results. Extruded acrylic is often more economical for thinner applications.

Shipping and Logistics

Packing, freight options, and export paperwork.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to 20+ countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Europe, and markets across Asia, the Middle East, and South America.

How are products packaged for shipping?

Individual poly bags with foam dividers. Custom branded packaging available if required. Packing is arranged to reduce scratching, edge damage, and breakage in transit.

What shipping methods are available?

Sea freight is usually the most cost-effective for bulk orders. Air freight is useful for urgent or smaller shipments. Express courier services are practical for samples and smaller batches.

Can you handle customs and import documentation?

We can provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. For specific import requirements, we coordinate with your freight forwarder.
